Carer Training and Accreditation

As one client puts it “my carers are an extension of my eyes, ears, arms, and legs”. At HyCare, we understand “Duty of Care” and recognise that providing safe supports and hospital avoidance is about providing support to our carers: both through accrediting them with the skillsets that they need to help you, and at the time that they need the help, whether that be at 2pm or 2am.

What makes HyCare unique from other NDIS service providers is that our carers are trained and accredited by medical doctors. When our staff are with our clients, there is access to medical advice at the point of concern; regardless of location, time, and reason.

Our carers routinely undergo re-accreditation so that their skillsets are kept at best practice.
