- If English is not your preferred language, we can help find a support worker who communicates in the language you prefer.
A service agreement is a document from your service provider that you will be asked to sign. It:
- Explains the services you will be receiving from the provider.
- Outlines how much funding will be used from your NDIS plan, and from which category.
