How long will it take to get support organised if I already have an NDIS plan?
HyCare will organise a meeting as soon as you call us and discuss what services would be required. Services can commence as soon as we have a signed service agreement.
Can I choose the support worker who cares for me?
It is all about giving our clients choice and control, we always try our best to match our clients to the preferred support worker. HyCare is a multicultural community, many of our support workers speak and second language. If English is not your preferred language, we can certainly help find a support worker that would be able to communicate with you.
Can you take me to my appointments and social activities?
Yes, your support worker is able to take you out and about in the community and you can also book our modified van to take you to specific trips.
Will I have to pay extra for any of the services?
HyCare is an NDIS service provider, our pricing is based on the NDIS price guide and support catalogue. We will work with you so you can access required services through available NDIS funding.
What is a service agreement?
A service agreement is a document from your service provider will require you to sign that explains the services you will be receiving from the provider. It will also outline how much funding will be used from your NDIS plan and from which category.
